Go see Taylor! He is professional and has great customer service and made me fell in love with my Alfa Romeo even way more!! It looks 10X Times better than having a fishbowl window in the front but Taylor does an outstanding job in tinting!!! He’s been doing my tints since 2023.

The scheduling was so easy. Everyone I spoke to or encountered Re: the replacement itself, scheduling & recalibration were all so friendly & professional. I would definitely use again and refer to family & friends. Excellent customer service & labor. Thank you : )

They were so easy to work with and very responsive. I had my windshield replaced and was so pleased with it, but unfortunately a big rock hit my glass just a few hours later. The second windshield replacement (by a different tech) was just as perfect as the first. Everyone I interacted with was so professional and helpful. I can't recommend this business enough.

I brought my Tesla to 2 U Glass & Tint on February 23, 2026, for what should have been a simple rock chip replacement for the windshield. I expected a quick and professional service. Instead, I experienced negligence, poor workmanship, and a complete lack of accountability. During the repair, the technician applied excessive pressure and caused additional damage to my vehicle, including the top glass, the A-Pillars, and also scratched the right passenger window tint. What is most concerning is that none of this was disclosed to me at the time. I only discovered the damage later and had to contact the shop myself to raise the issue. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and reflects serious ethical concerns. Although I initially wanted Tesla to handle the repairs, the owner, Matt, assured me they would take care of everything under a lifetime warranty. While they did replace the windshield and top glass, the rest of the work was substandard. The paint job on the side trim was poorly done, and during the tinting process, my right passenger window was damaged. When I brought this up, they denied responsibility. I work in a related field, automotive mechanical repair. Due to my career as a Service Manager, when my role is that of a customer; I expect perfection when my vehicle has any sort of work done to it. For me, the customer experience is just as important as the repair itself. I'm a nice guy, but I have very high expectations when it comes to my vehicle. That being said, I am very impressed with 2 U Glass & Tint. They were transparent through out the process from beginning to end. Very punctual, very professional, and above all; my expectations were met and exceeded. In plain simple English, these guys did a great job from beginning to end. I will be sending my guests as well as my friends and family your direction for chipped or cracked windshields. I can get a little heavy winded when I leave a review, just wanted to reiterate just how well you guys did. Thank You
